Technical Description and Use:
The anaerostat makes it possible to carry out a cultivation of microorganisms in an accurately defined protective atmosphere. Internal atmosphere can be created by:
-
air expulsion with the help of the gas (for example from pressure cylinder) that will create internal atmosphere inside anaerostat
-
air aspiration of the anaerostat and subsequent filling with the required atmosphere
-
use of anaerocult placed inside of the anaerostat (which creates the protective atmosphere throughout cultivation period inside the anaerostat)
The anaerostat consists of a transparent high-pressure polyvinylchloride vessel. Type ANS0b includes simply withdrawable top cover, sealing and central cover. Types ANS1 and ANS0a includes in addition 2 valves and manometer for filling with the gas.
