Foam stability analyzer - FSA

The instrument automatically checks the collapse of the foam top over particular period of time which corresponds with customer's evaluation. Foam is created in the cuvette by 3 different ways with the corresponding methods of its collapse measurement.

1. Measurement of the collapse of foam created by high pressure method according to NIBEM method

2. Automatic measurement of the collapse of foam created by pouring beer from the bottle

3. Measurement method of foam collapse when foam is created from the non-gas-saturated liquids




Decarbonizer - OP

For a fast CO2 removal of beer and saturated drinks preceding analysis. Decarbonation is carried out by mixing. The produced apparatus can prepare a 150 ml sample for analysis in 1 minute and in connection with an aseptic sampling valve and saccharimeter makes it possible to determine fast and  accurately the grade of fermentation in cylindro-conical fermenters. The equipment consists of a transparent Lucite vessel with an outlet valve for a decarbonized sample, the withdrawable top with a mixer and electronics this making possible to set a period and grade of decarbonization. Max. CO2 content after 1 minute decarbonization is 0,05%.




Biological thermostat - BT

Our Thermostat, equipped with cooling unit and stainless bath, makes it possible to control the temperature of samples in a fluid bath or external systems (i.e. apparatus for beer filterability determination, refractometer, photometer etc.). The stainless steel vessel is fitted with an outlet valve and overflow. Uniform mixing of fluid is obtained via a circulating pump. The set temperature and actual temperature are digitally displayed. The design is based on the Peltier effect.
