Used procedures of beer filterability determination are mostly based on tracing of individual analytical signs influencing filterability. Microfilter FP with separate sluicing and with renewable porous barrier with possibility of filtering mixture choice is a new method determining beer filterability with similar conditions to beer filtration.

Thermostat with cooling uinit and stainless bath makes it possible to control temperature of samples in fluid bath and outer systems (f.e. apparatus for 
beer filterability determination, refractometer, photometer, etc.). Apparatus isbased on the Peltier effect.
