Immersion Circulator- Immersion Thermostat type IMMERCIRC

Heating Immersion Circulators and Bridge Mounted Circulators are made for  bath tanks up to a capacity of 50 litres and come equipped with a bridge to fit  all tanks. This  allows fast  problem-free fitting or assembly for existing or new bath tanks. The immersion depth is from 12 cm to 28 cm (optimum 16 cm). The parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, plastic or aluminium.

Our Thermostat, equipped with cooling unit and stainless bath, makes it possible to control the temperature of samples in a fluid bath or external systems (i.e. apparatus for beer filterability determination, refractometer, photometer etc.). The stainless steel vessel is fitted with an outlet valve and overflow. Uniform mixing of fluid is obtained via a circulating pump. The set temperature and actual temperature are digitally displayed. The design is based on the Peltier effect.

These units are versatile and offer a wide range of uses. They can be used as either chilling boxes or as two separated fluid thermostats. They are equipped with state of the art electronics providing quality and reliability. The automatic constant level of water height in the temperature-controlled vessel during testing enables accurate results. Laboratory staff appreciate the ease in which levels are constantly maintained. The bath prevents overfill and excess handling by the staff. Temperature chilling (in combination with the measurement of beer haze with the help of the haze-meters) is used for the determination of colloidal beer stability and for the fast prediction of overall product stability. The methods used for chilling tests can differ by both temperature (heating, cooling), the time of duration and the number of samples to test - see methods (doc. Ing. J.Savel CSc. and prof. Basarova, analytics MEBAK, EBC, etc...).
